Sean (Sean), Tuesday, 31 December 2002 03:06 (twenty-three years ago)

ron (ron), Tuesday, 31 December 2002 03:14 (twenty-three years ago)

Hope you're feeling better Erik the picture man! I luv oliebollen, my mum and dad still rave about them every time someone mentions Holland. When I went to Amsterdam with my boyf this year I insisted on having those and chips wth mayonasie (not at he same time, eww) before we did anything else!

I have a picture I took of driftwood that looks eerily like a dogs head - hold on... will upload.

Kim (Kim), Tuesday, 31 December 2002 03:40 (twenty-three years ago)

twelve years pass...

what a fab slapstick thing is Richard Lester's version.

The gags are RELENTLESS.

Why don't you dopes talk about that instead of Star Wars?

Because The Five Musketeers isn't about to come out in a month I guess.

First two Lester Musketeers films are tops, agreed. My favourite Oliver Reed performance is in Four Musketeers.

the joke should be over once the kid is eaten. (chap), Wednesday, 18 November 2015 12:39 (ten years ago)

RL sorta did The 5 Musketeers in '89 (Return of), and that's not bad either.

I'm not being suckered twice after watching the lame Juggernaut on your recommendation - half an hour of Richard Harris snipping wires does not a disaster movie make

Also, you are all over the Star Wars 7 shit talk thread

haha yr taste and mine are irreconcilable, WF

also SPIKE MILLIGAN plays Raquel Welch's husband

Was that Raquel's debt to society paid? (c)Milligan

Q: Are mouseketeer sabers made of light? Nope, just metal.

Hard to believe this was the cast of a big budget picture just twenty years ago:

also, Richard Harris snipping wires between belts of whisky > 99% of all movies

I need to see more of Frank Finlay, he's hilarious in the Lester Musketeers

I was obsessed with the Lester Three Musketeers as a kid. Agreed that it's Reed's best after WIL.

I'm shocked fanboys get dizzy over Lester's contributions to Superman II.
