in one ep i'm sure Attenborough mentioned (in an aside) the existence of burrowing owls and there was a shot of what looked like the top of an owls head sticking up from a hole in the dry earth. At this point, however, i stopped believing the tv. you see all that computer mallarkey with the whale and whale innards? and all that "walking with no longer existing animals" stuff? well now they're making up entirely new animals inside computers and trying to pass it off as real. they've actually RUN OUT of cute animals in the world to shoot footage of and turn into prime tv output. they're MAKING IT UP I TELL YOU.
