My housemate got a tin of cookies that were most delicious. They were paper thin and tasted like a gingerbread or Graham Cracker. What are they called?? Where can I get more?? Did I mention they were most delicious!?!?!

Sound like ginger snaps to me...

I went out and got Fox's Crinkle Bisquits tonight. I heated milk and poured it over them and made cookie-porridge. My god, was it delicious. I wish I had some left. But I kept mashing up more cookies and putting the bits in. Yum.

Does no one else want to talk about cookies?

is anyone else even awake? I have eaten all my cookies and now I am sad.

There are Italian cookies that are paper thin called (sp?) Pizelle. Not gingerbready, though.

Good (dark) chocolate with good nuts is hard to beat, but I also like:
Pecan Sandies
Anything with good jam: raspberry, apricot, strawberry
Rugelach
Anything with almond paste

No they're not pizelles. They're tiny about the size of a ritz cracker.

brg30 (brg30), Monday, 20 January 2003 21:30 (twenty-three years ago)
