No, I wanted the one that was cut to stay, she was a graphic designer and seemed the most interesting. Personally I don't really like Mojo, and of the 5 I think she should have been cut.

But Mojo was really nice, and it must be a hard decision for 'Joe.'

Zora I felt bad for because she wasn't cut. Evan practically had her in tears with all of his questions and his 'tude tonight, I can't imagine him getting more pleasant on another date. I would have dumped that dinner on his head, what a chucklehead.

Alison was really likeable and had a no b.s. attitude, so I'm glad she was cut. I think the girls who spend the least amount of time with Evan are the real winners in this.

Nicole (Nicole), Tuesday, 21 January 2003 03:28 (twenty-three years ago)

I was not pleased taht he dumped the one that wanted him to meet her freinds and kept the one that he had a really crappy date with. But I know not to question the mystical guiles of joe.

He's basically Puddy from Seinfeld.

Nicole (Nicole), Tuesday, 21 January 2003 04:09 (twenty-three years ago)

Alison is way hot.

jm (jtm), Tuesday, 21 January 2003 05:11 (twenty-three years ago)

Ian, do you like Guided by Voices. If you have a ?-face now, then... uh nevermind.

nathalie (nathalie), Tuesday, 21 January 2003 08:33 (twenty-three years ago)

He's totally Puddy! He just needs to wear an 8-ball jacket!

"Are you really gonna wear that thing all the time?"

"All signs point to yes."

I think he's gonna choose Zora in the end. I'm not sure why, but I just see it happening.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Tuesday, 21 January 2003 14:38 (twenty-three years ago)

Yeah I can't believe he cut Allison.... she just out-classed him I guess and was the most likely to find out his "secret." I think that once Evan gets Zora to open up about her childhood he can empathize (how ironic that she thinks he can't!!).

I hope that Mojo gets picked in the end -- they seem to have the most in common and it will be most entertaining when Evan tells her he's dirt poor. I think she'll be all like nawwwww bzzzzzt.

High Five!

Chris V. (Chris V), Tuesday, 21 January 2003 14:58 (twenty-three years ago)

He won't be able to keep her supplied with glitter eyeshadow on his salary.

Nicole (Nicole), Tuesday, 21 January 2003 15:02 (twenty-three years ago)

Or tres chic hats!

"Yeah that's right"

Aaron W (Aaron W), Tuesday, 21 January 2003 15:19 (twenty-three years ago)

I would be selling those hideous necklaces in hopes of buying enough drugs to get as STUPID as Joe.

teeny (teeny), Tuesday, 21 January 2003 15:36 (twenty-three years ago)

A frontal lobotomy still would not make most folks as stupid as Joe/Evan.

Nicole (Nicole), Tuesday, 21 January 2003 16:05 (twenty-three years ago)

"I was driving a dump truck two weeks ago." Dude! You're supposed to be a millionaire! "I mean, uh, two years ago."

Aaron W (Aaron W), Tuesday, 21 January 2003 16:10 (twenty-three years ago)

Did you see where he opened the champagne and the cork hit a guy on the head? Classic.

Nicole (Nicole), Tuesday, 21 January 2003 16:19 (twenty-three years ago)

I liked the blurred-out racist statues in the background when they were tango-ing.

jm (jtm), Tuesday, 21 January 2003 21:39 (twenty-three years ago)

I knew he was going to keep Zora, because the fact that she's guarded is what leads him to believe she's probably more like him than she's willing to indicate. The one that got dumped was a high-maintenance snob so she's better off without him. I think she was only crying because she wasn't going to get the money.

If my several seasons' experience watching Survivor is worth anything, I think the clues are pointing to Zora in the end, which is funny because she was my pick from the first show.

Kerry (dymaxia), Tuesday, 21 January 2003 21:56 (twenty-three years ago)

No sympathy should be given to Zora, cos she sez her man has to have ambition, and she's a what? SUBSTITUTE TEACHER.

Leee (Leee), Wednesday, 22 January 2003 05:41 (twenty-three years ago)

I read in the newspaper this morning that Evan is, in fact, the son of a banker who grew up in a gated community. Also, the tabloids are saying he's gay. Wouldn't that be funny if that were the surprise!

Kerry (dymaxia), Monday, 27 January 2003 15:28 (twenty-three years ago)

it would be even funnier if he pulled his skin off like those pepsi commercials unveiling that he was the first "Marry A Millionaire Guy"

Chris V. (Chris V), Monday, 27 January 2003 15:45 (twenty-three years ago)

Hey, when Joe and that blonde lady were in the bushes during the first date, was Evan getting a BJ?
Is that what the "slurp" caption was intended to indicate?

Horace Mann (Horace Mann), Tuesday, 28 January 2003 19:11 (twenty-three years ago)

The "slurp" still seemed like it could have been kissing. The "gulp" caption is the one that raised eyebrows in my house.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Tuesday, 28 January 2003 19:14 (twenty-three years ago)

Damn, I missed that part.
