um "Tis the Great WTF Policy Meme o' 2003 Shootout" sounds like something from one of the pirate ads (a la "Tis the great American cheesburger faceoff matey!")

But James the draft thing = Rangel and basically just Rangel still, correct?

And the Republican tax meme was and remains "we favor small government => if we demolish our revenue we will no longer be able to afford large government => the public will be happy to downsize."
