OK, Erin here to REALLY mock Nick! I actually work upstairs with the real people. It's just the boys down here in the basement and I'm only allowed to visit a bit, 'cause I'm a girl. His friends are Dave, who spends his weekends getting naked with other men, and Billy with whom he spends mosts of his working hours flirting with and flicking elastic bands at. He is also growing a beard to look more like said hero. They also have the added motivation that Dave can't grow a beard, so it makes them feel more manly and able to dominate him. He's their bitch!
