filling in forms from council or government

I have to fill in a few forms from the council for my social security benefit. it happens every year that you have to fill in all your data and savings, your rent etc., and every time I wait till the very very very very last moment before filling it in. i just can't get myself to fill in these basic answers. It seems so useless and stupid information (can't they ask interesting funny questions like here?)

do you have these temporarily moments of writers block when confronted with official papers? what are you diversion tactics? how do you make these tasks of duty easy for yourself? what additional questions would you like to add to these pieces of council triviality?

Yes, all councils should ask "What is the most unacceptable thing to come out of your ass?" on every form.
