Me= red bean rice (microwaved) + almond milk

nathalie (nathalie), Monday, 27 January 2003 11:36 (twenty-three years ago)

Where are the teats on almonds?

Nick Southall (Nick Southall), Monday, 27 January 2003 11:43 (twenty-three years ago)

Teats?

nathalie (nathalie), Monday, 27 January 2003 11:53 (twenty-three years ago)

So you can milk them.

Nick Southall (Nick Southall), Monday, 27 January 2003 11:53 (twenty-three years ago)

Hahah. It's soy milk actually. :-)

nathalie (nathalie), Monday, 27 January 2003 12:02 (twenty-three years ago)

don't know what the canteen has to offer - I'll tell you in an hour's time.

MarkH (MarkH), Monday, 27 January 2003 12:03 (twenty-three years ago)

bread + whatever's in my fridge. Tonight I shall be fed by those nice people who operate the Thalys.

Jeff W, Monday, 27 January 2003 12:10 (twenty-three years ago)

My wonderful boyf made me some sarnies but I've eaten the already so I'll probably buy some soup or something later.

smee (smee), Monday, 27 January 2003 12:11 (twenty-three years ago)

larry clarke's ken park

erik, Monday, 27 January 2003 12:12 (twenty-three years ago)

nothing. i have to go out. and it's so cold and windy!

rener (rener), Monday, 27 January 2003 12:20 (twenty-three years ago)

ok, slightly less than an hour. Poached salmon w/ magetout and tagliatelle. The new servery bod, who bears a disconcerting likeness to the Sultan of Brunei, wasn't too good at getting the tagliatelle on target, leaving it dangling from the edges of my plate.

MarkH (MarkH), Monday, 27 January 2003 13:10 (twenty-three years ago)

I think I shall have a tuna and caper bagel.

Mark C (Mark C), Monday, 27 January 2003 13:50 (twenty-three years ago)

You are too posh for this thread.

Lara (Lara), Monday, 27 January 2003 13:52 (twenty-three years ago)

It's only before 9am now, so I'm only thinking about breakfast. I had a banana. Think I'll have coffee out of the new fancy shmancy coffee maker at work now.

Sarah McLusky (coco), Monday, 27 January 2003 13:55 (twenty-three years ago)

Well, I had a curry roll pancake (a spring roll with curry in it then), dutch red cabbage (with raisins - UNPLEASANT) and chipz0r! Also I had a can of DIET LILT although I ph34r its sweetness and shall not be sampling agane. For pudding was SPOTTED DICK fnur fnur but I did not have any for I am saving my calories for BEER AND CRISPS oh sorry diet, I meant to stick to you but quite frankly...

If you pre-empt each pint of BEER you're going to to drink in the evening with a pint of water in the daytime, that cancels each other out doesn't it??

Sarah (starry), Monday, 27 January 2003 13:59 (twenty-three years ago)

think i'll pack a boring turkey and cheese sandwich.

Maria (Maria), Monday, 27 January 2003 14:15 (twenty-three years ago)

Why a boring one?

Sarah McLusky (coco), Monday, 27 January 2003 14:19 (twenty-three years ago)

I haven't been called posh for a while. Thanks for bringing back THE HORROR.

Mark C (Mark C), Monday, 27 January 2003 17:02 (twenty-three years ago)

A small, boring tin of macaroni cheese with two boring slices of wholemeal toast and a boring banana.

Madchen (Madchen), Monday, 31 January 2005 11:18 (twenty-one years ago)

Wholemeal pitta with humous and cucumber, McCoys salt and vinegar crisps (these seem to have changed, not as nice as they used to be), a pear, small bar of Green and Blacks dark chocolate.

Archel (Archel), Monday, 31 January 2005 13:16 (twenty-one years ago)

What can Soho provide me for the first day of my diet? Probably soup from pret (which comes with WHITE BREAD OH NO).

Markelby (Mark C), Monday, 31 January 2005 13:19 (twenty-one years ago)

How odd for Pret to do anything with white bread. Ally won't set foot in the place because it is wholegrain hell (or cheesey baguette hell).

Madchen (Madchen), Monday, 31 January 2005 13:46 (twenty-one years ago)

Two Ryvita crackers with cantal cheese. Three squares of Green and Blacks Maya Gold chocolate, cup of tea, Lucky Strike silver.

nickalicious (nickalicious), Monday, 31 January 2005 18:47 (twenty-one years ago)
