this is another Big Event in his life so far and i am quite surprised at the pleasure i get from things like this. even when he got his first tooth i was excited! ( as if it meant he was a genius and no one else has ever grown a tooth ).

At 11 months, your son is heading for a time-period where Big Events occur almost daily...the speed at which they learn new words, learn to stand and walk, learn to eat and love to eat a variety of solid foods...the next couple years are quite full of radicalness!
My son, who turns 4 in May, just recently started pre-school, and that's some wild stuff! He drew a picture of a face the other day wearing glasses and told his teacher "it's daddy"! Wowwee zowwee!
