So anyway, who was your favourite character? Leroy, with his non-conformist bad-assness, Bruno with his love of exciting new technology (and curly hair), Mr Schorofsky, the old-fashioned yet kindly music teacher, or one of the others?
My dad always hated Leroy, so I felt a certain fondness for him. But I think I had a big crush on the tall girl who played the cello (thus laying the basis for my later liking of B&S).

Anyway, Leroy probably, though I can't say it's stuck in my memory terribly well.

Me less than enthusiastic about the movie soundtrack (part 1 of 2; the TV soundtrack's coming up straight afterwards): http://nobilliards.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/original-motion-picture-soundtrack-fame.html
