Christ, I'm glad to be out of that place.

James Blount (James Blount), Monday, 24 February 2003 09:26 (twenty-three years ago)

Christ, I'm glad to be out of that place.

James Blount (James Blount), Monday, 24 February 2003 09:27 (twenty-three years ago)

So where would you go to college instead?

Girolamo Savonarola, Monday, 24 February 2003 09:29 (twenty-three years ago)

Manchester Poly.

Lara (Lara), Monday, 24 February 2003 09:30 (twenty-three years ago)

But what were the motives of the phallus breakers? That’s a much harder nut to crack.

Do you think Jonathan was writing to a strict deadline?

Lara (Lara), Monday, 24 February 2003 09:34 (twenty-three years ago)

The next time a phallus goes up in the Yard, the phallus breakers should keep their hands off.

*Vivid mental image of unfortunate horny Freshman*

If I had shared a dorm with either Amy Keel or Jonathon Esesten, I would have hated them with the righteous ire of a thousand flaming suns. Self-righteous twits.

ahaha:

No one should have to be subjected to an erect penis without his or her express permission or consent.

Can't argue with that logic!

Sterling Clover (s_clover), Tuesday, 25 February 2003 07:17 (twenty-three years ago)

this time, i gotta stand with the Harvard defenders insofar as the sort of thing described in the linked article isn't confined to Harvard. it could have happened just as easily at U. Mass., Rutgers, or any "lesser" school than Harvard.

dunno if the campus papers at the aforementioned "lesser colleges" would have been as pompous as the harvard crimson, though
