Fed Court ruled against the GAO, haven't heard anything on it since.

Wow, a little googling and one discovers:

Judge Bates, who ruled against Walker/GAO, has been asked to be removed for showing partisan favoritism.

Walker/GAO has decided for some reason not to take any further action on this, which is quite strange considering they were pretty vocal about taking it as far as need be.

This whole thing is fishy and k-spooky.
