Yeah, I'm guilty. Hayden Planetarium. Dark Side of the Moon. There was acid involved.

I got a weird pain in my face after standing too close to a laser show when I was 15. I am expecting huge, unsightly facial growths in later life.

(also - can drug use be "ironic" once you're actually high?)

"Laser Floyd," "Laser Zeppelin," "Heavy Laser" and....uhhh...the new wave one where they played Julian Cope and Joe Jackson. I was HUGELY addicted. I miss the Hayden Planetarium greatly.

I was taken regularly to the star shows at Hayden when I was a kid, and highly influenced by the Beethoven soundtrack. But no laser shows for me.

I saw Laser Zeppelin as a teenaged youth in a planetarium that has since been torn down. The only thing I can really remember about it* is the inexplicable (?) usage of what appeared to be spinning swastikas for a few seconds.

*I was not high. If I was, it might have been entertaining
