Because the headache I've got today while I'm working pulling all this stuff off from spring quarter is THAT FUCKING AWFUL OH GOD I HATE THE HEADACHES I GET SOMETIMES.

Thank you, just had to vent. Now back to pulling books and folders.

och, poor ned. Is it all the dust and mold that gets stirred up? Poor baby.

i'm no expert, but i don't think sitting infront of a computer will help (the headache that is).

Poor Ned – he has a Nedache!

For immediate relief, press your finger hard into the space between your eyebrows, right above the bridge of your nose. It might hurt a little to start with (because you have a headache!) but keep pressing and letting go and the throbbing headache will subside ... it’s an acupressure point.

The fact you can pretend to answer all those patrons' questions rationally despite your headache is a feat in itself. Remedy? Try cool cloths on your forehead---not ice cold---with your eyes shut. Prolly better done at home, though, rather than drip all over UCI's floors.

Thankfully today we were closed in Reserves and we had no patrons to deal with. There are advantages of the school year ending...

The last two messages give me the fear.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Tuesday, 17 June 2003 05:36 (twenty-two years ago)

Sorry Ned! What should really give you fear is my brother's standard response to his patients: "You'll be fine!"
