I like the fact that it's being treated as a silent film.

I like that Jim Cavaziel is in it (loved him in Freq. and TTRL).

since I don't speak either of the languages that it's in...I mean, I can appreciate the stylistic whatsit behind that, but, y'know...I don't think this would lend itself to being, y'know, WATCHED.

Well as no one really speaks those ancient languages (I mean, some people read them), I imagine Gibson will direct it in a more pictures-tell-the-story manner.
