we had a lovely time on the south bank on saturday, they've started the outside free performance/music stuff again. there's even astroturf to sit on. not sure what's on this weekend though.

dizzee rascal at fabric (urgh) friday 27th w/ wiley and a host of nameless faceless d'n'b 'stars' + some other bollocks. i am going on my own if necessary. it is worth the £1000000 entry fee to me. i think dave stelfox is going too. ed says he is up for it

well, we went to hoxton pimps, it was nowhere near as electroclashy as the name implied, it was a warehouse which seemed to be down a series of passageways off curtain road. then we bought tickets off a man in a car and went in, it was almost empty at first even though it was 12, but it filled up later on. it was kind of dave angel style techno, i mean it was alright i guess but nothing that special really, then we all went back to L's and had some gin. that was probably the mistake. i got home about 9, and i couldnt go to farben on saturday night, partly because i felt a little under the weather on saturday, but also because of early start here at work today, i needed some proper sleep.

so, apologies to ambrose and blueski, did anyone else make it to farben on sat?

i didn't make it out at all this weekend - i had no sleep on friday as i stayed up packing stuff in prep for the big push on saturday. finally moved into my new place yesterday so am now a proud resident of the borough of hackney. was thinking abt farben but was knackered and pretty beat-up after lugging an entire transit van full of music up six flights of stairs so went to the pub on the park with a friend and caught the day's last rays of sun, watched the world go by while drinking a vast amount of gin and tonic and slept for 13 hours when i got back. however, i will be back in social circulation as of monday!

he did exactly the same as every other tiume ive seen him, but it was on plastic people';s loud and lush sound system which made it 1000% funkier and 1000% sweeter than normal. the best fun ive had for ages. also even better - his mate lakuti is vbringing snd there next sunday, 30 mins after nonsense at thew foundry.........

she toild me that she had been trying to get snd to play for 2 years, and they finally relented.

omg i've been waiting for this for 4 yrs people!

also farben has this tune which is just like his version of an snd 2step thing but with the FATTEST ELECTRO BASS EVER. you need this!
