I'm not sure what criteria we're using here. If we're T/S on the basis of how utterly cringe-inducing stuff is, the weightlifter who gave himself violent prolapse wins by a pretty decent margin. Goatse is right behind that, and then tubgirl is last, since she doesn't appear to be horribly injured in any way at least.

There are certain photographs of dead bodies on rotten.com and elsewhere that are much worse than any of the above, but I suppose it all depends on who you are and where you've been.

I don't think Goatse injured himself permanently at all, really. I saw other pics in the same series, and the way he got... it... like that was by shoving one of those children's play balls (the ones that are about 9-10 inches in diameter) up there. I assume the distention or whatever went down soon after the shot was taken.

Millar is right, weightlifter is far worse than tubgirl or goatse. The other popular one is maggottit. Maggot tit is interesting: its obviously fake, and some people don't think much of it, but some people find it oddly disturbing. I belong to the latter group of people.
