Lars (Nicole), Wednesday, 16 July 2003 00:21 (twenty-two years ago)

The Legend. I've got it on a Peel tape.

Lynskey (Lynskey), Wednesday, 16 July 2003 00:29 (twenty-two years ago)

I do not recognize them and therefore I am not sad. I s'pose.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Wednesday, 16 July 2003 00:33 (twenty-two years ago)

I have this 45! Don't ask me why.

Lars (Nicole), Wednesday, 16 July 2003 00:36 (twenty-two years ago)

The Legend were Everett True, apparently.

Lynskey (Lynskey), Wednesday, 16 July 2003 00:43 (twenty-two years ago)

Mmm, donuts. Which kind?

Krispy Kreme are ok, but I'd prefer Dunkin' Donuts, thank you.

Just Deanna (Dee the Lurker), Wednesday, 16 July 2003 01:10 (twenty-two years ago)

Dunkin Donuts mispells both "Dunking" and "Doughnuts". Discuss.

Lars (Nicole), Wednesday, 16 July 2003 01:11 (twenty-two years ago)

cause dunkin donuts is from boston, that's why.

Tad (llamasfur), Wednesday, 16 July 2003 01:14 (twenty-two years ago)

and there's no "why" in boston

Tad (llamasfur), Wednesday, 16 July 2003 01:14 (twenty-two years ago)

Donuts, I got donuts, I got -- hey, I know you! (gets run over)

Nate Patrin (Nate Patrin), Wednesday, 16 July 2003 01:38 (twenty-two years ago)

Lars does your house have battlements and a parapet?

Donuts healed my stomach pains

Curt1s St3ph3ns, Wednesday, 9 February 2005 00:38 (twenty-one years ago)

I heartily recommend the donuts from the canteen of Trinity and All Saints College in Horsforth, if anyone happies to be passing through there.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Wednesday, 9 February 2005 00:39 (twenty-one years ago)

Be warned: they only serve these donuts until noon, when they switch to a largely panini based menu.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Wednesday, 9 February 2005 00:39 (twenty-one years ago)

twelve years pass...

My buddy recently opened a doughnut shop/italian restaurant. He only serves doughnuts and coffee for breakfast and the business is slow in the morning. I told him it's because he needs to offer more than doughnuts, like croissants etc. - that's valid right?

Week of Wonders (Ross), Saturday, 22 July 2017 17:40 (eight years ago)

Yeah, I don't think doughnuts are universally regarded as breakfast foods. I wouldn't have a doughnut for breakfast.

jmm, Saturday, 22 July 2017 17:45 (eight years ago)

Donuts are not for breakfast at a cafe. Donuts are for breakfast when brought in a big flat box to a workplace.

El Tomboto, Saturday, 22 July 2017 19:25 (eight years ago)

he needs to get on the house-made pop tart train imo

El Tomboto, Saturday, 22 July 2017 19:28 (eight years ago)

NB I don't eat any of these things anymore

El Tomboto, Saturday, 22 July 2017 19:28 (eight years ago)

i don't think it's automatically safe to assume croissants are a good idea or not. neighborhood shld have been researched prior to opening as to competition in the area, like other coffee joints and pastry places, and what people in that particular area want. xpost
i like donuts. really need to get on the house-made pop tart train tout de suite though

Week of Wonders (Ross), Sunday, 23 July 2017 03:04 (eight years ago)

Donuts and almond croissants are part of the problem.

calstars, Sunday, 23 July 2017 03:06 (eight years ago)
