Tell us your soundbites

I've just realised that I've used the same soundbite for the last four years when describing my place of work for the SUnday TImes guide. Am I trapped in soundbite culture:

"What's the best thing about SOAS"
"It's is a really diverse place"
What is the worst thing about SOAS"
"It's not as diverse as it thinks".

Have you got any like this that you are trapped to repeat unto hell?

I say the words "Drivetime Sports, can I have your name please?" at least 70 times a day, five days a week.

That's roughly 1,400 times a month. I might say the words "I love you" once a month. That ain't right.
