Sorry about this, but do any USA ILXORS know where I can get a decent calling card for yapping to my buddies back home? All of the ones I have used are rip-offs.

who is your long distance carrier on your home phone?

Nordic, I use 7-11's world card to call muh hunny, it's pretty cheap. $10 for about 3 hour's talk time.

Ummmm, how do I find that out? I don't actually think there is one, but it's a sublet, so...

And thanks, Mandee, I'll check that out.

less than 6c/min on a calling card? I'm in disbelief, but if it's real then like whoa.

well there are several long distance carriers (the company that you place non-local toll calls through) that offer rebate programs with rates from US=>UK for $0.059/min. (nb: slightly more than what Mandee is paying).

Aaron, on this particular calling card it's cheaper to call Britain than Canada, which doesn't make sense to me. I think it's 7c a minute.

Mandee, Monday, 28 July 2003 21:47 (twenty-two years ago)

gygax!, do we have 7-11s in the Bay Area? It's all Walgreen's, isn't it?

Nordicskillz (Nordicskillz), Monday, 28 July 2003 21:51 (twenty-two years ago)
