I'd just like to say what a pleasure it's been to play for the Pockets this season. I think everyone is in agreement when I say that the manager of the Pockets is much much better than Ghandi and Einstein combined.

The race for the ILB pennant is getting tight! Not that it has anything to do with me.

Ahem, I'd like to practice my concession speech. It has been my honor and pleasure to field a team in ILB. I have enjoyed playing against all of you and negotiating some important moves during the season. I tip my cap to my fine pitching staff, who conducted themselves with sportsmanship and class the whole season long, despite the slings and arrows of injury and managerial overuse. Too bad they were let down by the position players, who jaked it all season long, exercised appalling baserunning judgment and fielded with rusty iron gloves.

Hmm, needs work.

Congrats to Blount! And Aaron W for leading like 95% of the season.

The pups take solace in their kkkkkkkk krown. They were doomed by weak second halves from Edmonds, Matos, Mora, Grissom, etc. Matty Mo getting injured. Kevin Brown running out of gas. Kyle Lohse getting bombed. The BoSox not scoring AT ALL half the time Pedro pitched. Hmph.

(Next year I demand outfield assists and runners thrown out %'s for catchers! Defense is zexy!))
