im so bored when im in the little studio all alone, that it would make me feel much better if i knew my ilx-friends were listening, or at least had it on in the background, or even just left it on so that live365 will tell me that at least i have someone online.

it's 88.1 if you're in the east village, or www.eastvillageradio.com if you're not.

i'm gonna play more indiepop, mid90's R&B, and a little of everything else, including Outkast "Hey Ya". Maybe twice, even.

don't scratch. scratching is a shitty tool, used by a lot of a folks to either wank off or to cover a bad beatmatch.

just try starting the next track as the previous one fades out. I try to make them overlap a bit.

I would be sitting in this lonely dark basement and wondering if anyone was listening AT ALL. So, a few times I tried out mixing songs on the turntables - mostly rap singles from the 80s or Color Me Bad. I would even mix remixed songs with each other. And nobody called to complain. So I guess that means no one was listening.
