Help Needed w/M1icros0ft 0ffice for Mac 0SX

So I discovered there were a few updates available for 0ffice for 0SX. I downloaded them and now find I cannot launch any 0ffice applications without entering the product registration number. I bought my PowerBook used, and it came loaded with 0ffice; I don't have access to a registration number. I need to use W0rd fairly regularly... help!
