Ch = obsolete dialect pronoun meaning "I". It's legal but in a chummy game of Scrab a bit like keeping possession after the opposition have booted the ball out of play following an injury.

I once played charades (okay, so it's not a board game) when slightly drunk in a chateau near Le Mans, with the photographers David Bailey and Patrick Lichfield, plus Tiff Needell who's that bloke off the motoring programmes on telly.
