I have not been to edinburgh but I doubt it is really way up there in the twee sweepstakes.

If I had to pick a twee city I would say Seoul. From all accounts the cutesiness that goes on over there is above and far beyond the levels reached in Japan. Have you heard the way the college girls talk? Dear god.

copenhagen can go either way. it can go anti-twee b/c of the snuff-spitters plus there's a whole bunch of dirty pot-smoking hippies that squat in this old abandoned military base in the city somewhere. on the other hand, it has all of that hans christian andersen stuff (like the little mermaid) -- and hans christian andersen = the Tsar of Twee.
