SPIDER-MAN versus THE LEOPARD FROM LIME STREET

ONE was bitten by a radioactive spider! ONE was bitten by a robotic leopard! ONE has an uncle who is dead - yet good! ONE has an uncle who is alive - yet evil! ONE lives in New York City, USA! ONE apparently lives on Lime Street in the United Kingdom! ONE has an amazingly scientific web-shooting wrist device! ONE has a fire-poking implement tied to a bit of string! ONE is becoming less and less like a spider as time goes by! ONE is mutating slowly but surely into an actual leopard, if what I read on the internet has any bearing!!

BUT - if Spiderman and The Leopard From Lime Street were to meet in a car park in, say, Belgium, and were to get in a fight - WHO WOULD WIN????

You cannot bring up characters like this and not provide links to background material!

Dan Perry (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 00:47 (twenty-two years ago)

That last link makes me a sad panda.

Spiderman porno? I feel so under-educated.

(Welcome back Al, BTW)

Nichole Graham (Nichole Graham), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 01:08 (twenty-two years ago)

The Leopard from Lime Street must win with that kind of name.

El Diablo Robotico (Nicole), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 01:10 (twenty-two years ago)

The Leopard From Lime Street gets my vote!

Still A Sad Panda (Dan Perry), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 01:11 (twenty-two years ago)

Two-nil to the Beast Of Selbridge at UK bedtime. Secondary question - when do we get the film of this suburban man-beast? And would it be Sam Raimi or Mike Leigh who brought it to us?

Al_Ewing, Tuesday, 16 December 2003 01:16 (twenty-two years ago)

Seriously, who wouldn't see a movie titled THE LEOPARD FROM LIME STREET?

El Diablo Robotico (Nicole), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 01:21 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm in the theatre with my feet up, even now.

Nichole Graham (Nichole Graham), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 01:22 (twenty-two years ago)

It could possibly be better than Pumaman.

If that is even possible.

El Diablo Robotico (Nicole), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 01:22 (twenty-two years ago)

Pumaman? He'd be so out of fashion, though.

Nichole Graham (Nichole Graham), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 01:25 (twenty-two years ago)

Maybe if it had two pageboy-rockin' Aztec dudes

nate detritus (natedetritus), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 01:28 (twenty-two years ago)

His style is classic and eternal.

Slump Man (Slump Man), Tuesday, 16 December 2003 23:33 (twenty-two years ago)

this passed me by AS IT WAS STARTED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. Bad Al, naughty Al, in your bed.

I would love a collected LoLS book.

Jaunty Alan (Alan), Thursday, 18 December 2003 12:37 (twenty-two years ago)

Yes how are you this morning Al?

Obv the Leopard from Lime Street wins if only for his disgusting trampy uncle, a role model of mine.

While taking photos of Professor Jarman's experimental zoo for the Selbridge Secondary School's magazine, Billy was scratched by a leopard the scientist has been treating with a radioactive serum. Upon returning home to his abusive Uncle Charlie, he discovered that he has gained superpowers, and donning a modified pantomime cat costume, he set off to become a hero.

OK, a pantomime cat costume? Thats uhh... yeah! :D

Also, I parsed that as "been treating with a radioactive semen" and that made me take notice.

I vote mr leopard, hes a twee super hero!
