Libya gives up WMDs

Is it telling that the subheader is longer than the article-proper?

Blair was literally on the new live five minutes ago. The BBC only really knew about rumours through today, all though rumours enough to put a Libya package together for the news.

I'd like to announce that I too am unilaterally giving up on WMDs.

I don't think there was too much unilateralism on Libya's part. I think, when all is revealed, there will have been a few big carrots and a bit of stick waving.

Also, I don't think Gadafi wanted to end up in a hole with a plate of tomato salad.
