Are many of you off after today? Hopefully so. Today is such a useless day here.
I'm already feeling xmas remorse. Too much LOVE spending/spoiling and now, at the last minute, I'm hosting xmas at my house. Last minute purchases of food, various things to make the day bright, etc.
I'm going to regret this come Jan. already am. ugh.

I'm actually working way more between now and New Year's than I do normally, thanks to being somewhere that employs lots of students who are traveling. I'm off December 23-26, though, so at least I get to go home for a couple days.
There's supposed to be a big storm here today as well, they preemptively canceled schools but it's perfectly dry out so far!

It's a live tree now but it has been separated from its roots so its days are numbered. I won't wear a helmet, though I might put helmets on my kids. Not a whole lot to bump into at the hill where we go.
