Corrupt, trigger-happy police departments - S&D

we just had a riot yesterday and there wasn't even tear gas . I was disappointed !
Anyway i vote NYPD or LAPD because i dont know much about Brasilia

it seems i do not know enough to disintuish brazillan cities.

NYPD are da bomb. It's great if you know a police officer, which I unfortunately don't, but if you do they give you this thing called "the Shield" and if you get pulled over, you flash the shield and they let you go.

The Metropolitan police *are* as racist as is claimed in my experience with them. Nothing beats the classic "I wouldn't trust these Asian gentlemen sir, they've never said a true word in their lives." comment we got after a spot of trouble with some local kids. Then, after some more trouble with some 'Asian' lads, I was asked to describe one of a gang, I did, and PC Plod goes "Oh, is that the fashion with *them* these days." It loses something in print, I feel.

The Victorian police force here in oz used to be way freaky-trigger happy (ouch), but they didn't even shoot anyone at last year's s11 protests...hopefully, with CHOGM in Brisbane and the army on stand- by, the QLD police force will show the world what they've been up to since the Springbok tours of the 70s
