I had an argument with someone about it. He does not believe me but I can't find proof. It was the baby with the unibrow, sometimes smoking a cigar and looks like a mini-thug. Help a brother out, will you, Simpsons fan?

Sure you're not thinking of Baby Herman from Who Framed Roger Rabit?

No, the Ugly Baby made a few guest appearances - the baby above it waaay too cute! And the Ugly Baby on the Simpsons had the mono-brow.

i think it was Gerald that was the baby with the unibrow in The Simpsons but I can't remember what episode it was (Mayor Quimby refers to Gerald having been saved, possibly by Laddy the Wonder Dog?) - don't recall him ever smoking a cigar though.

he's maggie's nemesis, and i invoke him all of the time when talking about people who wildly dislike each other: "so-and-so and whosits are like maggie simpson and the baby with one eyebrow."
