I remember seeing an outtake of Alan from The Hollywood Palace when he was at the top of his game. There he was seated on a stool and playing acoustic guitar and singing his big hit and looking all shiny and nice n' rosey when a studio hand pointed out to him that his fly was open. That was funny!
