I went to my hairdressing salon Tony & Guy Auckland and had some highlites in tin foil , they put me under the heater for 30 mins.
After toning it down and washing it out, they combed my hair and all the bleached parts of my hair was falling out?

I know, wtf? I even tried a test google myself with words like "hair color advice" and "hair tips" and such and ILX didnt show up... why is this happening?

WE ARE NOT A HAIRDRESSERS ADVICE BOARD.

PS Bleach will break yr hair if its already lightened or dyed, or very dry. A hairdresser shoulda known this. Ask for a refund.
