Does anyone know if the 9/11 commission has heard testimony about warnings from foreign intelligence agencies?

I have read that that hasn't been dealt with, but I don't know if that was only in earlier hearings, or whether the current hearings are still not going to get into that. There were a ridiculously large number of such warnings.

well in the Aug 6 report that was declassified, foreign intelligence was cited, but they redacted the name of the country:

or the full text of the briefing, if you prefer:

But there were lots of other warnings from foreign governments. From Israel to Afghanistan. (I can't remember if it was the Taliban or one of the other factions.)

But thanks for the link to the memo since I haven't seen that yet.

Again I recommend checking out this site. Yeah, it was a warning from the Taliban.

(I don't know. This seems to me like one of the most important things that's happened in my lifetime. Not the attack per se, but the whole scarey network of related issues.)

well, it was a warning from a member of the Taliban, muttawakil. it wasn't necessarily a monolithic organization. but muttawakil would probably be in a rather small minority that would warn the US about something like this.
