I had to ask. Don't want to derail the other thread.

I think we can be confident that the majority of UK sinister ppl will at least know someone who is an ILX regular. Yet some are curiously absent from here.

MarkH (MarkH), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:05 (twenty-two years ago)

because they have lives?

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:07 (twenty-two years ago)

I fear Carsmile's answer is correct.

Ricardo (RickyT), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:08 (twenty-two years ago)

maybe they became hippies and joined a commune.

jel -- (jel), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:09 (twenty-two years ago)

because they are scared of twee-bashing?

DJ Martian (djmartian), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:10 (twenty-two years ago)

because they're getting sex?

the surface noise (electricsound), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:11 (twenty-two years ago)

maybe they have ANOTHER MAILING LIST to post to

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:12 (twenty-two years ago)

heresy!

that one http://www.bowlie.com/forum/

DJ Martian (djmartian), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:13 (twenty-two years ago)

I sense a interweb trend....

sinister --> ILM --> ILE = narrow forum --> wide forum --> still wider forum

(subject area-wise)

MarkH (MarkH), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:14 (twenty-two years ago)

no, not that one, we don't talk about *those* people (sorry DV, only kidding like)

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:14 (twenty-two years ago)

because we're lucky?

Ronan (Ronan), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:15 (twenty-two years ago)

because some of them are boring, in a different way.

RJG (RJG), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:15 (twenty-two years ago)

the number of ppl who are sinister, bowlie AND ILX all at the same time is pretty small iirc (only DV springs to mind)

x-post, kinda.

MarkH (MarkH), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:15 (twenty-two years ago)

er, + me.

Mooro (Mooro), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:18 (twenty-two years ago)

I never knew that. Or mebbe I knew and forgot.

MarkH (MarkH), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:18 (twenty-two years ago)

And Mark C? I thought he was the only other person in a position to judge on the "Bowlie Vs Sinister" thread that DV started.

xpost.

No, I found it, and I stand corrected. Classic Barry, though:

Gareth wins that thread.

Matt DC (Matt DC), Friday, 16 April 2004 10:37 (twenty-two years ago)
