Adulterys Relocation Sage, Con'd: What about Tennessee?

I figure Knoxville, Memphis and Nashville all in the same state can't be TOO bad for two country music fans. I've only been to Memphis but I had a good time. Wifey's never been.

My dad also swears its one of the cheapest places to live in the country. Plus, you know, Al Green's church.

Can anyone shed some light? Better than Louisville / Lexington or worse? Factors include jobs, cost of living, nite life, etc.

What happened to you in Tennessee, Orbit?

I grew up in Knoxville. I like it a lot. I think Nashville's where you want to go, though! Lurchy and chaotic in places, comfy in others, chill and dissolute in yet others. It's a real city, but the country's all over the place.

Memphis I don't know too much about. I drove through it a few times.

TOMBOT maybe has something to say about this.

I was making a joke about the song, which is about Nashville.
