Bleaching auburn hair

I have auburn hair and I want to bleach it blonde, what is the best thing to use, and how long should I leave it on? I dont want it to turn orange. What should I do to keep my hair from getting fried and looking dead ? what's the best shampoo to use,And one more last thing when it is time to bleach the roots how do you do that without turning the hair thats already blonde white ? please email me as soon as possible. I've got auburn hair too, and if I ever want to dye it blonde this thread will come in very useful.
