Anti-Gay Public Figures and Their Gay Children

There's a bunch, right? I just read an article in the Washington Post about Terry Randle's son.

I know that Dick Cheney's daughter is gay, and that Newt has a gay sister, but I don't know if they really count as anti-gay. Well, maybe Cheney, but probably not Newt.

But isn't it weird? Seems almost too perfect.

Judy Garland had a gay daughter and one of her husbands was gay.

actually i think for such rightwingnuts cheney and newt were/are both actually pretty much ok with the gay, though i think cheney did have to go thru some 'no loyalties may come before the party' test and endorse the anti-gay marriage amendment bullshit (i could be very wrong about this - if so give examples)

Chief constable James Anderton of Manchester police certainly counts... His daughter came out as gay. (much withdrawal of previous anti statements etc)
