Adultery Relocation Saga, Part Four: Vegas, anyone?

Not Vegas itself, but the surrounding nowheresville. Nevada is one of the four or five states I've never even been to. Wifey met some gal who used to live there, who told her it was relatively inexpensive and was the best time she ever had in her life.

It's a longshot for us because its so far away, but I can probably be persuaded if the conditions are right. Any light to shine, ILM? Better or worse than Nashville or Memphis? Better or worse than Louisville?

West Vegas is the place for you.

(I read that as someone wanting a new location to commit adultery in...)

henderson is supposed to be nice but utterly suburban and boring. also, there's not a lot of work out there.

I've never been there but I can't imagine it being that great for a music person.

it's good for old-fashioned garage rock. three of my college friends moved there, and one remains to this day. she went for grad school and stayed because of a good university job/research opportunities. the other two worked at starbucks, lived in a cheap condo complex, paid next to nothing in rent, drank a lot, and got sick of it after a few years.
