I just signed on to everyone's* favorite p2p and got messaged 3x by the main s1sk guy, and checking my priv status I have 103 days of all a sudden, and checking my paypal acct, there's no recent activity. Anyone else get this?

*everyone excludes Mac users

yes, but I don't know if it actually added to the privilages I already had (I had a bunch given to me in a similar fashion at some point). the server has been crappy a lot lately, so maybe this it to make up for that.

Ah. I was thinking maybe the system went awry or something and issued out privileges to everyone. Seeing as though I'm keeping up a paid acct at That Place Where I Keep Up My Journal Thingy, I can't really afford to get privileges at this time, which is still ok because, hey, this is still way better than any other file sharing prog I've tried in the past couple of years.

kyle, I just paid up for, um, LiveJournal paid membership (I will so kick the asses of anyone who has anything to say about this), so next month (i.e. next week) I shall do the Slsk privileges thing. For a month, to sample it.
