Toned is nice, super-skinny is nice, normal and slightly plumping can be nice. Six packs are rarely so. I once slept with someone with a six-apck in an experimental 'what's all the fuss about' fashion. He was undoubtedly the most shallow man I have ever met.

what about 8-packs? i do crunches twice a week (with 10kg on my chest), go running a few times a week, never go to the gym and do some MA. i have an 8-pack, im not obsessive or shallow. im 5'9", i have broad shoulders. i dont think girls are attracted to the stomach, they appreciate a man who stays in shape, i think a its more about the firmness/hardness rather than having ripped definition. but different girls like different things, they have types, which most men dont, so its kind of useless figuring out what girls are attracted to, because it always seems kinda individual, i might be wrong, but take this threads gut love as example of the kind of thing im trying to say.

oh yeah, if u want a six pack, you got to do cardio, the reps wont burn the fat, some people do hundreds of reps everyday, it dosnt work, people who get six packs like this are freaks and use up way more time than most people have, use weights and do cardio.

My stomach is my one big insecurity. Its current condition is largely due to complete inactivity during my first nine months of working in an office, but I've been running about four or five days a week for the last couple weeks...who knows if that'll change anything but I feel better anyway.

Ha ha, OK, this is perhaps a TMI personal story, but HSA has been going to the back clinic because of chronic backpain. They've given him all sorts of pervy looking exercises, many of which involve lying on the floor thrusting and clenching.

The really tasteful, self-maintaining six-pack I've had since age 12 has officially stopped maintaining itself and is looking more like a tupac. I'm not putting on any more weight than the 20 I've put on since January but my horrific lifestyle is finally starting to atrophy my once excellent tone resulting in a weird, bland bleeding together of my lines. I'm not lanky so this doesn't work at all. It's scary that only ten months ago I was having really good, confidence-building sex getting comments like, "Whoa, dude, fucking nice" and now I'm constantly adjusting my posture and clothing. My skin isn't pretty anymore and I think my breath stinks. I just spent 45+ mins at a public pay phone setting up a home line I didn't even need until today and cancelling my celly service (the automated/on-hold process took at least half an hour in blistering sun with no sleep on a street that just got noisier and noisier and God himself decided to park a fucking TREE CHIPPER work crew two blocks down to add to the racket) and I'd like to say, fuck a six-pack and the world.
