It's in a few days, the theme is "Conspicuous Consumption", and stupidly I have nothing to wear! I need to find an ostentatious but cheap outfit/assembly ASAP!!! Suggestions plz!!!!!

Puppies are best ever. Mine's all grown up and he lives at my parents' house and I miss him like hell. Sometimes he doesn't get excited when he sees me, but having moved out on him nearly a decade ago, I can't blame him.
