finding out someone has been forwarding your personal emails

I found out my friend (happens to be an ex-boyfriend, it's slighty relevant, yet slighty beside the point) has been forwarding certain personal emails I sent him to another friend of his. What the hell is with this? Is it some kind of mockery or.....fill in the gap with your suggestions please?

I guess it depends on what the emails contained, I mean most of us in the UK have heard of the girl who had her emails forwarded around the world!

Nothing bad - all good actually. Compliments a plenty and such. Yet not in the creepy way, I hope.

How did you find out he was forwarding them?

Pinkpanther (Pinkpanther), Tuesday, 25 May 2004 13:09 (twenty-two years ago)

The other friend. Yet oddly enough he didn't say why. I'm too scared to ask.

Well I would ask I mean if you're not happy with him doing it, then don't send them. sorry if that sounds harsh!

No it's alright. It's not as if me emailing him is a regular thing. In fact, only twice. And both those times they have been forwarded. I just want to know why dammit! (asking friend is out of the question). In other words, someone please give me some insight into why he might have done it, from personal experience perhaps.

He is the only one that can answer that. Everyone else would just be guessing!

Pinkpanther (Pinkpanther), Tuesday, 25 May 2004 13:29 (twenty-two years ago)

I want guessing!

I am increasingly coming to the conclusion that writing anything remotely controversial in an email is beyond foolish.

It wasn't even controversial. This is what bugs me.

Almost makes you want to give up communication altogether though.

I remember the 'yours was yummy' debacle from a few years ago...

*nods* exactly!

Pinkpanther (Pinkpanther), Tuesday, 25 May 2004 13:47 (twenty-two years ago)

Can I be in on this?

karmaceutical (karmaceutical), Tuesday, 25 May 2004 13:48 (twenty-two years ago)

did it contain lewd comments? naughty pix? if so, can you forward them to me? (just kidding... really)
