If we're including TV, then every Sopranos and Shield episode this season.

Signs...well that's about it. I did get to see it before it came out though, so that was cool. It was a rough edit with temporary music and several effects shots missing. In one scene M. Night Shyamalan does a voiceover for Joaquin Phoenix's character, presumably to fill in before additional dialogue replacement.

latebloomer (latebloomer), Tuesday, 25 May 2004 20:51 (twenty-two years ago)

I am curious about how it leaked, though. I keep imagining a studio employee sneaking the film canisters out underneath their trenchcoat, the security guard at the asking "What're you carrying under there?".
"Oh, nothing, just my lunch." "Oh, carry on."

1. Debord - The Society of the Spectacle (fresher than the x generation tape I already have)

2.Guy Debord - Refutation of All the Judgments regarding Debord’s Film The Society of the Spectacle

3. a bbc four documentary _the century of the self_ (very interesting stuff, I had never heard of Edward L. Bernays before watching this. " nicknamed the Father of Spin, was the creator of modern propaganda. Bernays was Sigmund Freud's nephew, and applied Freud's work to the art of mass persuasion by blending advertising techniques with an understanding of human psychology". He managed to make people ouver consume so big businesses could keep up the pace of production they had going during war time, and the rest is history.

Dan I. (Dan I.), Tuesday, 25 May 2004 21:45 (twenty-two years ago)

BTW, which P2P network was "Century Of The Self" on?

Elvis Telecom (Chris Barrus), Tuesday, 25 May 2004 21:58 (twenty-two years ago)

I don't remember exactly, but usually people with material like this run overnet and slsk at the same time. Thank you for the pr! reference, I'll look into it. Oh another good documentary I got was from s u prnova : the corporation, on how that type of "legal person" is very antisocial and stuff

Sébastien Chikara (Sébastien Chikara), Tuesday, 25 May 2004 22:14 (twenty-two years ago)

They've all been MST3Ks. I don't remember which ones I've grabbed recently, except for "Castle of Fu Manchu", the single S2-7 episode that I had only seen once, many years ago, and failed to tape.

My god that's a bad movie.
