I'm told this has actually happened now.

But the Sun comes out at four in the morning in some places, yeah?

What stopped a 'friend' getting wind of this and telling Mr Hook man ahead of the dawn raid? (I have no access to news pages, so fill in the name / blanks by all means).

there was a period in the mid-'90s when this story ran in the Sun almost on a daily basis and it was ALWAYS about Peter Hook! ("Mrs Merton Star Spat Out My Kecks!" etc.).
