Is ILX working ok for everyone else?

At the moment the "I Love Everything" link next to new answers only has the "I Love" part as a link and the rest is black, the "Everything".

Similarly as I start this thread only the word Email in "Your Email Address" is a link.

Also I have clicked on some threads and found I'm unable to scroll down past a certain point for some reason, hence unable to post.

Is this my comp or ILX?

Ok clearly this is something fucked, loads of words on websites are coming up as links, and then going to something called "ntsearch".

I thought so but ad-aware isn't finding it. I did get a virus message yesterday for MhtRedir.gen virus but I figured I'd got rid of it.

anyone know how to get rid of this? it's BACK! I tried looking at network associates page but they didn't help me much.

yeh i've had similar problems, both on my work PC and on this one at home. you need to get something called Hijack This and run that after Ad Aware, it will display a list of annoying spyware that's installed itself and won't budge easily. I found some forums thru Google that instruct on how to delete them from the Windows registry but haven't got round to it yet so don't how successful it really is.

It installs things like NavHelper (keywords on webpages get underlined), EZSearch (useless search toolbar), DealHelper and some other anonymous utilities. I get pop-ups despite having a blocker in place. Also when I search in Google I get a pre-results page with a list of useless sponsored links. It slows things down a bit and is a real pain.

From that Spychecker site linked to you should also find a link to CWShredder which gets rid of other spyware your PC has almost certainly contracted
