Should A Premiership Club Sign Henrik Larsson?

Goals against Liverpool, Blackburn, Port (Uefa Cup Final) European Championships, World Cups.
They say SPL is poor quality but this guy scores at all levels. I'd love to see Arsenal sign him, but apparently ge's on his way to Barcelona. My scottish friends adore him, reckon he's the best player to have played in Scotland.
For me Larsson is clearly good enough for the premiership, even at 32. Those goals tonight were superb. The 1st one is a candidate for goal of the tournament.
