She looks really familiar. I think she might've been the Oprah guest who lost something like 200 lbs and that's why her boobs were hanging down like that, or something. But yeah, the episode this person was on already ran once before, I think.

Wanting to point out somewhere in this thread that most of us women find stories and graphic depictions of plastic surgery absolutely riveting, whereas most men seem to flinch at such displays,
