the music mole (colin s barrow), Friday, 25 June 2004 12:12 (twenty-one years ago)

ROCK AND ROLL PART II
POUR SOME SUGAR ON ME
CHINA GIRL
ELLA GURU

David R. (popshots75`), Friday, 25 June 2004 12:14 (twenty-one years ago)

My brother married his Korean girlfriend a few weeks ago. In one part of the ceremony, they tie up the groom and beat his feet with a dried fish. The guests have to pay a forfeit for the beating to stop, like singing a song or doing a dance. It's very painful apparently but my brother didn't break down and maintained the Barrow family honour.

the music mole (colin s barrow), Friday, 25 June 2004 12:15 (twenty-one years ago)

after watching our video, we realised we cut the pig to the dulcet tones of the Byrds singing all I really want to do

chris (chris), Friday, 25 June 2004 12:33 (twenty-one years ago)

Two songs we wanted to have at our wedding:

"Papa's got a brand new pigbag" the DJ didn't have it and I forgot to fetch it.

I wanted "You're the one for me, fatty" as irony (Dawn being tall and thin) but there's only so far you can go...

i am somewhat nervous about the quebecois. I have been trying to learn french but I fear I will not be able to converse and they wil b e pissed that they have to speak english. I think i will pretend I am mute and use sign language, then THEY will feel like they cant speak the language!
