In a typical day I talk to like two people.

90% of all conversation is with wife.
of these:
30% - Food; obtaining, paying for, devouring, remarking upon quality of, cleaning up after (I know it seems a large percentage, but I swear my wife really likes food)
15% - sex.
35% - how irresponsible I am, how much I suck
10% - sweet nothings
10% - etc

the other 10% of daily convo. is with one extremely chatty co-worker, 99.9999% of which consists of him talking about computers/labwork/people wanting to rip him off but him getting the better of them and me going "uh huh" and "yeah".

Face to face: 60% asking about or receiving instructions in my capacity as PA to two agents; 15% making small talk with the receptionists; 15% chatting to other colleagues about nothing much; 10% doing my job on the phone.
