How do you do tempura at home anyway? I guess the deep fryer is an obvious requirement, but the batter - is there is spefic way to make tempura batter?

seven years pass...

I am eating some vegetables, including leeks, fennel and white beans. I got a bite that was all white (fennel-leek-bean) and had this weird sensation that I was eating deep sea animals instead of vegetables. That's all.
